ANYHOW. This is my birthday gift to ~ tarkheki, who's birthday is actually Monday, I believe. But I'm too impatient to wait until then to post this. :D

She said there should be more Inu-Papa and Sesshoumaru pics where Inu-Papa is nurturing or basically being a Dad to the poor, forgotten youkai. And by the gods, she's right! :shakefist: So I'm trying to help fill that gap. And you should too!

Besides, how could you not love that little face! He's such a cute little puppy!! I wanna wrestle with him. :D And rub his ears!!

I'm SO glad you posted this right now! I am SOOOO inspired! Everything is PERFECT!
The gestures... holy shamck, LOOK AT THOSE GESTURES!!! Sessh's gesture is just... on the most PERFECT scale between animal and child! And Look at Inupapa! He's so holding back, but enjoying the tug with his son! THis is just gorgeous! And the eye squinting! THe suttle eye squint- you KNOW he's chuckling a long!

And the hair... good god, you drew the hair SOOO wonderfully! On Sessh it's complimenting the action of the pull, and the gorgeous flow of inupapa's hair on his shoulder is just SO beautiful!

The color and the background just make this image INSANE with perfection! THe blurr really makes the atmospheric perspective, and I am SOOOO proud that you did it paintereqsue and not with crumby brush tools that make it look like a standard "stamp and paste" image that people tend to do!

There is so much talent pouring from this image. I'm just in love with it. It's faved, it's printed, and by the time you read this, hung on my wall!!!!!

*L* The file is called 'Tug', and that's what I was gonna title it, but I'm glad 'Struggle For Power' sprang to mind. :D It's the first time I've ever left the title for last when submitting!
